From 03.2023, the “91ÊÓƵ Council of Deans” was established in 91ÊÓƵ.

- Director of 91ÊÓƵ Business School;
- Director of 91ÊÓƵ Correspondence and additional education center;
- Head of SABAH Center;
- Director of 91ÊÓƵ School of Design;
- Director of the Russian School of Economics;
- Director of the International School of Economics;
- Dean of the Faculty of “Turkish World Economics”;
- Dean of “Business and Management” Faculty;
- Dean of the “Economics and Management” Faculty;
- Dean of the “Finance and Accounting” Faculty;
- Dean of “Engineering” Faculty;
- Dean of the “Digital economy” faculty.
In the 2023 calendar year, the chairmanship of the Council of Deans of 91ÊÓƵ was entrusted to Hajiyev Hafis Ahmed, dean of the “Finance and Accounting” faculty on public grounds.
