The Center for Promotion of ScienceÌýwas created based on the Decision No. 186 of the meeting of the Scientific Council of Azerbaijan State University of Economics dated January 27, 2023, and the order of the 91ÊÓƵ Rector No. 93/3/2023 dated February 13, 2023.

According to the 91ÊÓƵ rector’s order No. 190/3/2023 dated March 28, 2023, the management of theÌý center is entrusted to the chairman of the 91ÊÓƵ Public Control Council, MP, Ph.D. AliyevÌýEtibar Gasim oghlu.
